The Steamer Fryer is a fully welded reservoir—all the seams are welded for liquid integrity—that allows you to fry or steam your food of choice. It comes with a fry basket just like you… the professional type one you see at restaurants that allow you to immerse your French fries, tempura and you know, jalapeno peppers. Any type of food that you like to have deep friend you can do it here in your Steamer Fryer. The steamer function has a nice plate that goes down at the bottom that provides a standoff between where you’ll put the water that’s going to heat up and steam and then the vegetables or any other type of food that you want to steam on top. It’s got perforations on it so the steam just comes up through the plate and does its job. Got a nice lid on it to keep splatters from going out… off of the grill.
