I want to cook a barbecue style brisket, except, I don’t have a smoker or charcoal grill. I have a gas grill, an oven, and a crock pot. My brisket is pretty small, only 2 pounds. How can I cook it ?

cooking on outside barbecue nearly every day using black pot (about a foot high) with open top. Something burning inside for about an hour. Then apparently pours it out into bottom of barbecue. Smells like burning cloth or rubber (bad smell). I am concerned about what is going on. Can anyone explain.

When I was younger , a friend showed me how to make a
simple sauce with barbeque sauce and tequila. After you added the tequila you would cook it out of the sauce over the stove. It was yummy, but I can’t remember how to make it.
Does anyone have a recipe that would help?

My mom wants to go to the beach and have some barbecue with my family, but are we allowed to do that? There’s some beaches where you’re not allowed to…
If you can, is there a section or can u just cook anywhere?

I was wondering if there was any way you could make a fire indoors? Because we can just cook everything in the kitchen and then eat it in the basement but I really want to roast marshmallows or make s’mores or something.

as it should be?
I’m using a Weber‘s One-touch BBQ. Is this due to the large distance between the coal and the grill?
Is it due to the quality of the meat (too much water in the muscles)?
Or is the fault of the coal as this could not be enough lit?
