There will be 5 of us. Most of the cooking will be done on a gas grill. I need some ideas other than hamburgers & hot dogs. Maybe something I could do prep for in the a.m then just throw on the grill that night. We will be partying all day so nothing too too complicated lol But ALL ideas no matter how hard are WELCOME =) Thanks guys!

Just bought a new outdoor kitchen and would like to convert it to gas instead of propane, the kit is only .00 but they recommend that only a trained tech should do the work. Is it that difficult?

When I was younger , a friend showed me how to make a
simple sauce with barbeque sauce and tequila. After you added the tequila you would cook it out of the sauce over the stove. It was yummy, but I can’t remember how to make it.
Does anyone have a recipe that would help?

a nice cottage, great food, and scenery and wind up paying a pretty penny for it. This year I was thinking, I have a great home, a river behind it, a deck with a nice grill, outdoor patio, the most comfortable bed, why would I want to live it behind to stay in someone elses place. We have great restaurants in the area, about 2 hours from the ocean and Boston, who could ask for more. This year I plant to use my vacation money to buy something for my home, maybe a porch swing and use the rest to entertain myself. Outdoor movies, lobsters on the patio with friends. No phone, no computer, just a hammock, good book, good wine, good food and friends. Think I’ll be disappointed with my choice???
